Projects
With over 13 years of experience in health, wellness, and technology writing, I specialize in creating science-backed content that drives organic traffic and engages readers. My portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects where I've contributed my expertise and knowledge to deliver compelling and impactful content.
Recharge Health
This project has been both exciting and inspiring. I had the privilege of setting up and writing this blog independently, while benefiting from the invaluable support of editors and subject matter experts, including Dr. Zulia Frost, a leader in the field of red light therapy, infrared, and near-infrared therapy.
The required tone and style were neutral, science-backed, and slightly formal, ensuring the content remained professional yet accessible. The focus was on delivering accurate, engaging, and practical information about cutting-edge topics like photobiomodulation, red light therapy applications, and health optimization.
The challenge involved immersing myself in the advanced concepts of red light and near-infrared therapy, gaining a deep understanding, and collaborating with Dr. Frost to craft protocols and educational materials.
I transformed complex knowledge into clear, informative, and approachable articles, guides, and resources. This process also included conducting keyword research, developing a content strategy, and executing it effectively to ensure the content resonated with the target audience while maintaining scientific integrity.

Cornerstone Healthcare Training
This project centered on healthcare training, where I developed the entire content strategy and set up the company’s blog from the ground up. The unique challenge was addressing the needs of two distinct target audiences—students actively engaging with the healthcare training and their employers, who are the primary decision-makers and paying customers.
To effectively meet the needs of both groups, I implemented a clear content structure with distinctive categories tailored to each audience.

The required tone and voice were natural and semi-formal, ensuring the content was approachable for students while maintaining a professional appeal for employers.
